Strawberry Shortcake Pudding

Easy cold and fruity summer treat! Substitute strawberries with any fun fruit to add your own twist. Easy prep and serve


Ingredients

Cake scraps

** I bought scraps from a local bakery, but you can make your own!

3 packages of strawberries

** use any fruit you want, try blueberry, bananas, peach

Freshly squeezed strawberry syrup

2 cups of sugar


Whipped cream

1 pint of heavy whipping cream

2 cups of powdered sugar

1tsp of vanilla

** 3 tupper wares of pre-made whipped cream


  1. In a large separate bowl place cut strawberries and mix with 2 cups of sugar and syrup

  2. Line a thick layer of cake scraps on the bottom of the bowl, add in the strawberry layer, add whipped cream

  3. Continue to add with whipped cream finished on top
