Chocolate Coffee Cake

Cake:

2 1/4 Cup all purpose flour

2 Cup sugar

1/4 Cup cocoa powder

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup vegetable oil

1 cup strong coffee (brew hot)

3 eggs

1 8oz container sour cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Icing:

1/2 stick butter

1/2 cup cocoa powder

4-6 (or more) cups of powdered sugar

I teaspoon vanilla

• preheat 325 degrees. Grease and flour cake pan

• In a large mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, coffee and eggs. Mix well until combines (2-3 minutes).

• Add in sour cream and vanilla, mix well

• For cake: 3 cake pans for 28-30 minutes

• For Bundt Cake: 45-50 minutes

**** until a wooden toothpick comes out clean
