Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Bread:
2 cups all purpose flour
4teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg (room temp)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup milk (room temp)
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Glaze:
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350
In medium bowl combine flour, poppy seeds, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
In large bowl whisk egg and granulated sugar together until smooth and combined. Whisk in oil, sour cream, milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Combine dry and wet ingredients- whisk lightly (don’t over mix, clumps are okay)
Bake for 50 min to an hour (25 min in cover in tin foil to create even bake)
*** for muffins bake at 425 for 5 min then 350 for 15-17 min
