Double Doozies

Two chocolate chip cookies- sandwiched together by homemade butter cream icing!!

• you can use whatever chocolate chip cookie recipe you would like!

Fluffy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup of softened butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 cup brown sugar

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 large eggs

3 cups of all purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking [owder

1 tsp sea salt

2 cups of chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. In a separate bowl mix flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Set aside

3. Cream together butter and sugars until combined

4. Beat in eggs separate and vanilla until fluffy

5. Add in dry ingredients until combined, add chocolate chips

6. Bake for 8-10 min then cool

Double doozie:

3 cups of powdered sugar

1/4 cups of butter

2 tbs milk

1. Cream together butter and milk

2. 3 cups of all-purpose floured sugar (feel free to add more) until desired consistency.
