Animal cracker Blondie Bites

White chocolate chip cookies, layered with golden Oreos, topped with sprinkle filled blondie brownies and animal crackers.

Cookie Base

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 bag of white chocolate chips

1 pack of Golden Oreos

1. Line 9x13 pan with tinfoil and spray well. Preheat oven to 350

2. Add and mix ingredients to create a white chocolate chip cookie dough batter and pour into the bottom of the pan

3. Evenly stack golden Oreos on top of the cookie base

Blondie Brownie

3/4 cup butter; salted and room temperature

1 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 cups flour

1 tsp. baking powder

2 cups Circus Animal Cookies

1/4 cup sprinkles, plus more to sprinkle on top

** add in sprinkles for fun

4 . In a stand mixer or electric hand mixer, cream the butter and sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time until combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix for another 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and combined.

5. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until the dough starts to come together. The consistency will be like a thicker cake batter.

6. Pour blondie batter on top and top with Circus Animal Cookie pieces and sprinkles. Bake for 45 min- 1 hour.
